Pitch Ready™ — do it with you

Raise capital with confidence.

Fractionalise · PitchReady™

Most founders pitch 100+ investors before one says yes. The pitch was the problem — not the business. PitchReady™ gives Australian startup founders and SMEs the capital-raising advice, investor-ready story and pitch deck to change that. PitchReady™ is the structured process that finds the gaps, fixes the story, and walks you into the room ready.

Why raises stall

Investors don’t reject businesses. They reject unclear pitches.

After enough pitches, the pattern is obvious — the same four gaps sink good businesses. We close them before you ever book the meeting.

Unprepared for Q&A

The questions you can’t answer confidently are the ones that end the conversation.

Talking to the wrong investors

Weeks of meetings with funds that were never going to write a cheque at your stage, sector or ticket size.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

What is PitchReady™?

PitchReady™ is Fractionalise’s structured capital-raising process for Australian startup founders and SMEs. It combines startup advisory, investor-ready pitch deck development, presentation coaching and — for qualified clients — introductions to venture capital, private equity and angel investors. It is delivered done-with-you across four phases, or self-serve through PitchReady™ DIY.

How is PitchReady™ different from a pitch deck designer?

A designer makes your deck look better. PitchReady™ fixes the substance investors price: positioning, market sizing, monetisation, the Q&A you will face, and how the story lands. Design is the last step, not the whole job.

Who is it for?

Growth-stage startups and SMEs preparing for investor conversations — typically founders raising a pre-seed to Series A round, or business owners raising capital for expansion.

What is the difference between done-with-you and DIY?

Done-with-you is the full PitchReady™ process: we work alongside you through assessment, strategy, build and coaching, including investor introductions for qualified clients. DIY is a monthly membership that gives you the same templates, calculators, checklists, playbooks, video modules and investor interview library to run the process yourself.

How much does it cost?

The DIY membership price is being finalised — join the waitlist to hear first. Done-with-you engagements are scoped individually after a readiness session. All fees are quoted exclusive of GST.

Do you guarantee funding?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. What we guarantee is a process: honest assessment, an investor-ready pitch, and preparation for the questions investors actually ask. Case studies are published with client permission and reflect past engagements, not promises of future results.
